500ml of first harvest Olive Oil from Pelion. In Greece, we call it Agourelio. You can think of Agourelio as the true early harvest, or what we like to call it, "Picker's Press". It is the first batch of olives to be pressed in the season, and it is pressed through mechanical means in an environment below 20C/68F.
Many olive oils are advertised as "early" or "first harvest", but it is not always the case. Extra virgin olive oil comes from olives when they are green and starting to turn black. Agourelio is pressed from purely green olives, giving a smaller yield but a much more nutritious and flavorful oil.
