The Voliotis Family started operation in 1969 in Pelion, Greece, and in 1981, they moved to a bigger facility where they collect and produce their olive oil with state of the art equipment. The oil is cold-extracted, unfiltered, and undiluted with water, yielding the highest quality and nutritional value.
